A small amount of nail polish thinner (not remover) can restore the formula to a smoother consistency. Adding just a drop or two and rolling the bottle gently between the palms — rather than shaking — helps blend it without introducing air bubbles. Using acetone-based remover as a substitute is not recommended, as it breaks down the formula.
